This hardened plastic Ambulance Bag Tag has the Name of its owner and 'If Found' details on the reverse side of the tag. This tag is  designed for those who love Ambulances. This tag is 38mm x 32mm (slight deviations to these measurements may occur due each tag being individually handcrafted) with a 22mm split ring.

At no added cost you may choose from the following colours for your hardened plastic tag:

You may choose from three different engraving fonts to place the 'Name' and 'If found please call' and up to two phone numbers on the back side of the tag. Just remember the more letters used in the name, the smaller the font will need to be engraved. Please enter all the details you wish to have on your tag in the 'Customer Notes' section during the completion of your purchase.
