This hardened plastic Ambulance ID Tag Keyring has the State Division, First Name, Employee ID (Bundy) Number and a Contact Number of its owner on the reverse side of the tag. This tag is designed for those who work in the Ambulance Services. This tag is 42mm x 36mm (slight deviations to these measurements may occur due each tag being individually handcrafted) with a 30mm split ring.

You may choose from three different engraving fonts to place the State Division, First Name, Employee ID (Bundy) Number and a Contact Number of its owner on the reverse side of the tag. Just remember the more letters used in the name, the smaller the font will need to be engraved.
