This hardened plastic Medical Conditions keyring is designed for those who have to allow people to identify their medical conditions if needed. The keyring enables the tag to be attached to items that are carried with the person at all times - eg. House / car keys, purses, carry bags and handbags. This tag is 36mm x 26mm (slight deviations to these measurements may occur due each tag being individually handcrafted) with a 22mm split ring.

Also at no additional cost, you may choose from three different engraving fonts to dedicate the back side of the tag to instructions or medications required. Just remember the more letters used, the smaller the font will need to be engraved.
